2) Internal causes: Poor colouring power of the colour paste, the thinner the thickness of the glue, the longer the sun exposure, the faster the fading speed.

3) Transparent glue yellowing, some groups in the molecular structure of the glue strip is oxidised, resulting in yellowing.

Solutions

• The best thickness of the adhesive strip during construction is ≥6mm.
• Replace the imported colour paste with good adhesion and optimise the product process formula.

Add antioxidants, stabilisers and other additives in the process production to improve the weather resistance and oxidation resistance of the product.

At a room temperature of around 25°C, the surface drying time is around 10min and the actual drying time is around 60min. This can vary slightly in hot and cold weather. The optimum performance of the paint film is achieved after 24h of drying. The surface drying time is the minimum time that the paint film can be pressed lightly by hand without leaving fingerprints.

It is not recommended to work when the temperature is below 10°C. The pressure of the spraying agent in the spraying tank will become lower due to the lower temperature, causing the pressure in the tank to drop and the atomisation effect to become worse.

You can use warm water at around 50°C to preheat the paint spray can for 3 to 5 minutes; for large outdoor areas, you can order high pressure spray paint.

General spray paint can be sprayed 1.5m², metal spray (including plating, hammered) can be sprayed 1.2m², fluorescent spray paint can be sprayed 0.8m². The coverage of the paint varies depending on the colour, with the darker colours having good coverage and a large spray area, and the lighter colours having poor coverage and a smaller spray area, as well as different application techniques.

Metal spray painting is a highly skilled process and uneven film thickness or poor atomisation can cause this phenomenon. It is advisable to spray in a cross pattern back and forth to achieve a consistent film thickness.
